Mindfulness Meditation – FOCUS FLOW (Lunch Break: Feed Your Soul)

This Mindfulness Meditation is a fast, powerful way to calm your mind, reset your emotions, and recharge your inner batteries....during the lunch break!

This session is designed especially for those people who find themselves in the middle of a busy day (or anytime you need a pause) and wish to quiet the chaos of the mind.

Simply lie down on a mat, breathe, and immerse yourself in a sound bath of soothing 432 Hz music combined with the healing voice of the practitioner.

It guides you through deep breathing, body relaxation techniques, and uplifting affirmations that help you reconnect with the wisdom of your heart.

Let go of stress, anxiety, tension, and worries — and return to your natural state of inner peace, clarity, and flow.

This is  a Spiritual State which is an continuation, an extension of the result of Centered State Meditation, if you practice it consistently.
