FOCUS FLOW – Mindfulness Meditation is held during the Lunch Break to Feed Your Soul.

2026 meditation weekly classes start Saturday 17th January and are held weekly.

This uplifting 60-minute meditation session is your “Me Time”, a well-deserved pause to restore your balance and reconnect with your inner power.

12.30 pm to 1.30 pm.

are NOT available

even if those appear in the booking calendar.

Please do NOT book those dates.

Booking in advance is required to secure your spot.​

NO tickets sales at the door!

Come 15 min before meditation starts to make yourself comfortable and dive into the world of peace and beauty.

Frequently asked questions:

  • Should I have experience in meditation practices?

NO, you shouldn't have. This practice is for everyone, easy to apply and still very effective.

​

  • What if I couldn't make it on time?

Then you can't join us, sorry.... because once the meditation starts, the door will be closed.

​

  • Should I bring my own yoga mat?

No, we provide yoga mats.

​

  • Is there a free parking at the venue?

Yes, it is...but only few bays are available. So, it is recommended to park the car at the petrol station or at the Church parking nearby.

Centered State of Consciousness/of Light is a meditation practice which helps to become mindful, fully present, assertive and charismatic person on a daily basis.

It is a core practice which Eva May apply during every LFT sessions to change low self-esteem, depression, fear, stress, self-doubt

into powerful charismatic state.

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present and engaged in the moment, without judgment. It encourages awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings, promoting a deeper connection to your experiences. By incorporating mindfulness into your daily routine, you can enhance your well-being and stress. Embrace the power of mindfulness to cultivate a more balanced and fulfilling life.

This is  a Spiritual State which is an continuation, an extension of the result of Centered State Meditation, if you practice it consistently.

State of Light helps to find a soul destiny, activates light of the heart, that state is a powerful healing itself. It depends on your choice how deep you go and what do you want to achieve.
